The GHD for RIG BOXPT was designed to fit into training spaces with limited room.

It's easy to store and can be disassembled whenever you need to. Adjust it to your needs and take your training to the next level.

The GHD for RIG BOXPT is used for glute training and core work: abs, obliques and lower back, fitting directly onto your BOXPT rig without taking up extra space in your box or gym.

PERFORMANCE AND MAINTENANCE

Apply a disinfectant liquid with a damp cloth right after use. Dirt should be cleaned weekly, depending on use, focusing especially on applying a lubricating and anti-rust liquid.
