It offers 4 customizable training programs — with configurable intervals, countdown, count-up from a set time, or with cool down — and 4 preset programs, including Fight Gone Bad and Tabata, plus a stopwatch with microseconds. Different LED brightness levels ensure clear reading in any light condition.

With an audible alert, a 10-second countdown warning before the start of work time, remote control and the option to mount it on a wall, the BOXPT Timer also works as a clock (12h/24h format), making it a versatile tool for any training space.
