BOXPT offers functional training, strength training and conditioning equipment for hire, as well as flooring solutions. Concept2 ergometers (RowErgs and BikeErgs) and SkiErgs are not available for hire. For a detailed list tailored to your event, our sales team will prepare a personalised proposal.

Yes. BOXPT works with a modular approach, allowing you to select exactly the equipment you need according to the venue, event format and number of participants. There is no requirement to hire a fixed package.

Yes. BOXPT can provide both installation and dismantling services at the event venue. This service is included in the hire proposal and planned in advance to ensure everything is fully operational at the right time.

We recommend making your booking as early as possible, ideally at least six to eight months before the event date. For larger events or those with more complex logistical requirements, the earlier the planning process begins, the greater the availability and the better the proposal can be tailored.
