RETURN CONDITIONS
The customer has the right to return the product if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the items ordered. The return can be made within 15 days after notification of the defect against presentation of the original invoice and the product must maintain all original elements. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to a refund (if applicable), or exchange for the same or another product depending on the customer's choice (taking into account that in the event of an exchange for an item of greater value, the customer will have to pay the difference). As a rule, the seller will make the refund within 15 working days from the date of confirmation via email of the right to a refund.
If the defect or non-compliance is confirmed as a reason justifying the return, the full amount paid will be refunded.
The refund of the amount paid will be made by bank transfer.
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
The right to return only occurs if the products:
– Have not been washed or used (unless the product contains information to the contrary). The customer has the right to try out the equipment and accessories but cannot use them.
– It is mandatory to send the equipment in its original packaging.
– The original packaging must not be damaged (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged).
– Are complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned).
– They have not been tampered with and maintain the identification label, if the product has such a label.
– All items that are manufactured through customization are not returnable.

If the customer is not satisfied with the products supplied, they may return them within 15 calendar days of receipt, upon presentation of the original invoice. As a rule, the seller will make the refund within 15 working days from the date of confirmation via email of the right to a refund.
If the customer wishes to cancel an order, after confirmation, the cancellation must be carried out by the next business day at the latest. Additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This Cancellation must be communicated to customerservice@boxpt.com with the subject ORDER CANCELLATION [insert order code], otherwise it will not be considered.
Once the order moves to the In Processing status, it cannot be Cancelled.

The return of a product offered must be made by the person who offered/purchased it, with presentation of the original invoice.

To exchange a product, you must request a return of the product you received and send it to our facilities. You will receive a coupon of equal value to purchase a new product, if the returned product is in the conditions mentioned below.
