We deliver orders from Monday to Friday. No shipments are made on certain holidays (you can get confirmation by sending an email to customerservice@boxpt.com). We guarantee delivery of an order if the address is a home or place of work and deliveries are not made to PO boxes.
Order preparation and dispatch from the warehouse can take between 2 and 3 business days for small orders and 3 to 5 business days for large orders after payment confirmation.
After shipping, delivery time varies depending on location and carrier, you can check them in point 3 below.
If you are not at the address to receive the order, the delivery person will leave a notice in your mailbox, via email to the email address associated with the order or via the telephone contact associated with the order with the contact details of the nearest agency so that you can reschedule the delivery or collect the order at a pick-up point.
Free shipping applies only to eligible orders where the product subtotal, after discounts have been applied, is equal to or greater than €190. This amount does not include shipping fees, customisation, additional services, or any other charges.
The free shipping offer for orders over €190 is available only in selected countries and regions. Eligibility is confirmed during checkout after the delivery address has been entered.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by our system and vary according to the following factors:
- the actual weight of the order;
- carrier rates, which are subject to periodic updates;
- the delivery address.
If the customer requests delivery to a floor other than the building's main entrance, additional charges imposed by the carrier may apply. These costs are not covered by BOXPT. This requirement must be communicated when placing the order.
Our partner carriers are responsible for delivering the order to the main entrance of the delivery address provided, unless otherwise agreed and subject to the applicable additional charges.
BOXPT Equipment works in partnership with carriers to ensure the following shipping times. However, these may vary for reasons beyond the control of BOXPT.
– Mainland Portugal: 2 to 3 business days for small orders and 3 to 5 business days for large orders;
– Islands: Air transport (delivery within 24 hours, except weekends and in case of adverse weather conditions that make transport impossible); Sea transport – 8 business days, departing every Thursday;
– Spain: 3-4 working days (3-7 days for islands);
– France: 3-5 working days;
– England: 7-10 working days;
– Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg: 3-5 working days;
– Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland: If the order is placed before 3pm, and after payment has been received, between 4 and 6 working days.
– Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic. If the order is placed before 3 pm, and after good collection, 6 to 7 business days.
The “Pickup in store” option is available for orders placed in Portugal and the customer can choose it at checkout.
If you choose this option, the customer must wait for the logistics team to inform them that the order is ready for collection. In some cases, our customer service team may contact you to schedule a time that works best for pickup.
Withdrawal must be made within 15 days after notification by the logistics team and the order holder. If the order holder wishes for a third party to collect the order, they must inform our team in advance by email at customerservice@boxpt.com.
You must present the invoice or order confirmation email to make the withdrawal.
If the order presents any anomaly upon delivery, you must write everything you saw on the delivery note that will be presented by the delivery person. If for any reason you doubt the status of the order, you have the right to refuse delivery. If this occurs, please contact us immediately at customerservice@boxpt.com for more information on the procedure to follow.
If you receive your order and only later discover that the contents are damaged, please contact our team at customerservice@boxpt.com.
Orders placed between December 23rd and January 3rd may be delayed.
