Guarantees

Under European law, new products are always entitled to a free 3-year warranty, ensuring that all instructions described in the product's technical data sheet have been followed in the case of an end customer. In the case of warranties for products sold to corporate customers, the warranty is reduced to 1 year.

In the case of used products, they also have a 6-month warranty, however, if the equipment contains digital elements, the warranty may be extended to 18 months by agreement between the parties.

Used equipment sold to business customers that requires diagnosis, repair, or service under warranty must be delivered to the BOXPT Equipment facility in V.N. Famalicão, Portugal. The customer is responsible for the costs and arrangements related to shipping the equipment to BOXPT’s facilities. If on-site assistance at the customer’s facilities is requested, it may be subject to a quote and travel expenses.
