With the BOXPT Suspension Trainer Pro you can perform hundreds of different exercises to work every muscle group in your body, from arms and shoulders to legs and core. This suspension training system uses your own bodyweight to create variable resistance in every movement.

Made from nylon and velcro straps, with metal buckles and a carabiner and polypropylene handles, the BOXPT Suspension Trainer Pro adjusts easily thanks to 12 anchor levels and straps with red leveling marks. The 127 mm-long handles, with anti-abrasion protection, ensure comfort and safety with every rep.

It lets you build strength and improve flexibility, and can be used anywhere — at home, at the gym or outdoors — thanks to the included door anchor and the storage and carry bag. Ideal for calisthenics and suspension balance training, it delivers a different and greater muscular stimulus compared to fixed equipment.
