The Mini Sled is used for strength and conditioning training, designed to transport weight linearly from one point to another through “pushing and pulling” movements typical of sleds. Its compact size allows it to be used anywhere, whether at home or in the gym. It enables the addition of different weights, allowing you to adjust the training intensity according to your needs. It intensely works the muscles of the legs, glutes, core, and upper body. This equipment includes the Mini Sled and the Vest (the vest features specific holes to attach it to the sled). The vest comes in one size only.
