The Hex Bar Powder Coated BOXPT features a hexagonal shape that lets you position yourself in the center of the bar and hold the handles at your sides. This provides a more natural, neutral grip.

It also distributes the weight evenly around you, making it perfect for exercises such as shoulder shrugs, deadlifts, and farmer's walks.

This bar helps reduce the strain accumulated in the lower back and builds grip strength and endurance. You can use it with or without handles, simply by rotating the bar.

PERFORMANCE AND MAINTENANCE

Chalk and dirt should be cleaned with the bar in a horizontal position. For general cleaning, use a mild detergent and a lint-free cloth; the sleeves should be cleaned periodically with a soft-bristle brush to remove dust, residue and chalk, while the knurl should be cleaned with a nylon-bristle brush, avoiding metal brushes that could damage the finish. Periodically apply a low-viscosity protective oil, especially if the bar is stored in humid areas, to prevent oxidation and rust. If the bar is used daily, cleaning should be carried out at least once a week.
