The Disc Jerk Block BOXPT is the ideal alternative to Wooden Jerk Blocks, allowing you to raise bar height by stacking weight plates and using clamps that keep the bar fixed in the intended position. With an adjustable height between 230 and 380 mm and weighing just 11 kg, it's a compact and versatile solution for weightlifting and powerlifting technique training.

Built from steel sheet plates and round tubing, finished with a micro-textured electrostatic powder coating that ensures greater durability and wear resistance. It's made up of 2 steel plates, 2 tubes of 350 mm and 2 tubes of 200 mm, with a 49 mm diameter hole that allows a secure fit for weight plates.

Designed for weightlifting and/or powerlifting technique training, it helps adjust the starting height of the intended movement. Available in black (other colors on request), it's easy to transport, assemble and store, making it practical for both boxes and gyms.
