The BOXPT Black Fractional Plates are essential equipment for high-intensity training, as they allow gradual load increases from set to set.

Each plate has a 50.4 mm opening and an outer polyurethane (PU) rubber coating to firmly grip any olympic bar. They are available in weights from 0.5 kg to 2.5 kg, in 0.5 kg increments.

They are used to add external load, usually symmetrically, to any equipment or bar, and can also be used on their own in certain exercises. With impact absorption and easy placement and removal on the equipment, they are sold in pairs.
