6 PILATES EXERCISES TO DO IN THE SUMMER

Summer invites us to break out of our routine — but that doesn’t mean slacking off on our training. On the contrary: it’s the perfect time to focus on mobility and performance. That’s why we’ve created a sequence of six exercises designed to be done anywhere — from the living room to the garden lawn — using the new accessories from the BOXPT Pilates & Wellness range.

WHY PILATES IN SUMMER?
Here are three reasons why you shouldn’t stop and should train smarter!

1. MOBILITY
The heat promotes muscle flexibility. Make the most of it to gain a greater range of motion without straining.

2. STABILITY
Balance and motor control exercises prepare your body for any activity.

3. CONVENIENCE
The new BOXPT accessories are lightweight and compact, perfect for fitting in your bag. Train wherever you are.

THE FULL SEQUENCE
6 exercises. No machines. Total focus on the body and movement.

Maintaining consistency in your training over the summer requires adaptability — and that’s exactly what this sequence offers. The exercises are simple to perform but have a profound impact. The best bit? You don’t need a fully equipped studio. The new Pilates & Wellness BOXPT accessories have been designed precisely for this: to take your training anywhere, without compromising on technique or intensity.

Try this sequence 2 to 3 times a week and notice the difference in the way you move, breathe and recover. Your body will thank you for it — especially when you return to more intense workouts at the end of the summer.
