The Sand Bag Hybrid BOXPT is a versatile, robust training tool designed to challenge strength, stability and coordination in dynamic movements. With multiple handles and a body‑conforming shape, it is ideal for functional training at home, in the gym or in a studio — protecting the floor and keeping control on every repetition.

Internal load is adjustable (filling not included), allowing weight customization with sand and/or shredded rubber. The instability of the moving load requires constant body adaptation, promoting greater activation of stabilizer muscles and improving grip strength — perfect for pulling, carrying and isometric work.

PERFORMANCE AND MAINTENANCE

Cleaning with a damp cloth should be performed after use or at the end of the day. Use impact‑absorbing flooring for drops and avoid impacts on sharp objects. Do not drop onto objects that could damage the fabric. Dry and store in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight.

Recommended filling: approximate combination of 70% sand + 30% shredded rubber; use resistant internal bags (canvas/PVC) properly sealed — filling not included.
Filling notes: respect the indicated maximum load; avoid overfilling and wet materials; do not fill directly with sand without an internal bag to protect the seams.
