The air resistance flywheel increases resistance according to the intensity applied, enabling smooth yet demanding workouts. The monitor displays metrics as well as training history and programs to help track progress. Maintenance is the responsibility of the user/owner: clean with a damp cloth and disinfectant immediately after use. In case of humidity damage, the warranty cannot be activated.
