The FREESTYLE Speed Rope is ideal for both beginner and advanced users. With a length of 3 metres and easily adjustable, it weighs 160 grams. For this reason, the Freestyle rope moves more slowly compared to speed ropes, as the beads add weight to the rope. The rope does not bend during exercise, maintaining its shape and providing greater control over the movements performed.
