PERFORMANCE AND MAINTENANCE

Clean chalk and dirt weekly according to frequency of use. Clean the shaft and sleeves with a cloth and soft-bristle brush. Periodically apply lubricating oil at the sleeve-to-shaft junction to ensure smooth rotation and prevent oxidation. Store the bar horizontally or vertically on an appropriate rack, in a dry, ventilated space at a temperature between 18 and 27 ºC.
