The best way to convince the little ones to train is ... training with them! Involve them in your workouts, with the necessary adaptations, but make them feel that this is not an obligation, but an opportunity to spend more time with the family!

WHICH IS THE BEST WORKOUT?

The workout must be adapted to the practitioner and, in the case of children, this is no exception. There are countless workouts that can be done and adapted for the little ones, so here are 3 workout ideas that can be done as a family ...

At home:

Maximum repetitions in 15 minutes
50 single or 25 double unders with rope
10 Push-ups
20 Sit-Ups
30 Squats

Outside:
5 rounds for time
30 meters Bear Crawl
20 Deadlift with med ball or kettlebell 
10 Pull-ups or rows

At the gym/box:
You go, I go
For time
100 calories row or bike

100 Wallballs / Squats
100 Jumps / step-ups to the box 

WHICH IS THE BEST EQUIPMENT?

From broomsticks to water bottles, to medicine balls and plyometric boxes. Any object can become the perfect equipment to get the little ones moving!
